Manjula Paul, B.A.M.S.
After obtaining her B.A.M.S., Dr. Paul worked for six years at Sitaram Ayurvedic Pharmacy in Kerala, India where she became an expert in Ayurvedic herbs and formulations. She has over three decades of clinical practice, and has owned clinics in India, New York City, and the Netherlands.
Dr. Paul has accumulated a diverse range of professional experiences—including studying under Vasant Lad in New Mexico, running an Ayurvedic health clinic and teaching local doctors in West Bengal, and earning a 1000-hour Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certificate in New York City.

Shikshana Ayurveda is my platform for Ayurvedic practitioner training. From this website you can access my eLearning modules and see my upcoming in-person classes.
In addition to my own courses and curriculum, I am available as a guest teacher or lecturer for other schools throughout Europe.
European Society of Ayurvedic Practitioners
The European Society of Ayurvedic Practitioners will launch in December of 2026. The society will host a referral website for B.A.M.S. doctors and other practitioners. The goal of the society is to build a sense of community and connection for it’s members, making it easier for potential clients to connect to practitioners.
If you are a practicing Ayurvedic practitioner, B.A.M.S. or otherwise trained in Ayurveda, and live and practice in Europe, then consider joining this new society focussed on both education and community.
Utrecht Ayurveda
Utrecht Ayurveda is my clinical practice in the Netherlands.
After providing my clients with an initial consultation, I offer a full range of physical therapies, herbal recommendations and a lifestyle and dietary regimen.
